HUD Visible on Hover [H2N4]

For making the HUD transparent and visible on Hover do the following:

1. Go to HUD Editor > Select the Educa2Note HUD > Click on the edge of the HUD block in order to select the whole panel > Assign opacity in decimal values (0.1 is recommended)
